Cinnamon Girl Treats

A sugar cookie dough surrounds fruit or chocolate filling in this traditional triangular cookie made for the Purim holiday.

Choose Raspberry, Apricot, Nutella, Assorted (combination of all three), or Assorted Fruit (combination of Raspberry and Apricot).

You get 3/4 lb., about 15 cookies. Dairy.

Not your average chocolate chip! I use 72% cacao (ooooh, fancy!) bittersweet Guittard chocolate wafers in these and a special recipe that keeps the cookies a bit soft on the inside and a bit crisp on the outside. And big! About 4″ across.

Each bag is about 24 oz. and contains 12 generously sized cookies. Dairy.
